The True Gentleman

...a man with whom honor is sacred and virtue safe.

Welcome to Sigma Alpha Epsilon Michigan Delta Omega!

You may be asking yourself why a fraternity and more importantly why Sigma Alpha Epsilon? You could be looking for leadership opportunities to fine tune skills in management for your own business one day or maybe you are searching for a social aspect that so far has been missing in what college has already offered you. Or even better yet you want men with similar values and morals surrounding you each day while here at our respected University, during one of the most malleable and impressionable times in your life.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon is proud to be based on 12 core areas that keep our fraternity going. Some of these areas include our Ritual, Service and Philanthropy, University Relations, and our stand against hazing through We Stand Together. Michigan Delta Omega proudly stands at the front of what being a Fraternity Man means, and each day strives to shatter stereotypes portrayed by media that attempt to tear down the Brotherhoods cemented through our Rituals.

As men we strive to be True Gentlemen and not only grow as a leader through on campus programs such as Leadershape, Leadership Safari, and Greek Alpha, but also continue to grow through our service in the local community through the soup kitchen and Adopt-A-Highway, and through our philanthropy Children’s Miracle Network at the Helen Devos Children’s Hospital based in Grand Rapids, and as mentioned above, through our Ritual, which binds us all on a level deeper than any friendship, giving us True Brotherhood. As you check us out feel free to ask questions, and get in contact with me via email so I can work on answering any questions and aiding you in learning information about our fraternity.

A few things to add as I close is that we require our active brothers to do 20 hours of community service a semester, have and maintain a 2.7 grade point average, and strive to be a leader in our organization and other registered student organizations on campus. I look forward to hearing from you and feel free to explore our website to learn more.

Best Regards,
