MIDO Vision Statement

We, the brothers of the Michigan Delta Omega Chapter of Sigma Alpha Epsilon do hereby adopt the following vision.  In an effort to adhere to ideals upon which this fraternity was founded locally, we resolve to change forever, as specifically prescribed by our chapter designators, Delta Omega.  As we strive to continually improve in all facets of our chapter we resolve to do the following:

• To lead in the unification of the Greek Community at Central Michigan University.
• To maintain and improve upon the bonds of brotherhood as specifically prescribed in the ideals of our noble order.
• To continue to advance as leaders by striving to improve the personal leadership abilities of individual brothers.
• To lead the Greek Community in scholastic programming and achievement.
• To continually build and strengthen ties created between brotherhood, Central Michigan University, and the city of Mt. Pleasant in an effort to positively impact and improve the surrounding community.
•  To memorize and understand the underlying meanings of our sacred ritual in an effort to perform it as originally intended by the founding fathers.
•  To lead the charge in philanthropic activities, not only in Greek Life, but in the community at-large, through extensive service learning.
• To continually strive towards the purchase and proper maintenance of a strong dwelling for brothers to live and find comfort.
• To strive to embody the True Gentleman, to comprehend the meanings and ideals of our creed, and to assist brothers in their journey to maximize their potential in all of their gentlemanly endeavors.
